Welcome to our church community
With a lot going on of interest for all ages, and intent on building a community which knows and reflects the love of Christ. Busbridge is on the edge of Godalming in Surrey, with a variety of congregations that meet in our small but beautiful church, and the hall of our local Busbridge Junior School.
We are part of the Church of England, but enjoy worshipping, sharing, and working with all Christians and churches in the area and beyond. A very warm welcome to the Busbridge Church website.

Our very warmest wishes to Stephanie as she prepares to leave Hambledon and Busbridge to join Scargill.
Rev Lesley Mason
We send Lesley off with our good wishes as she begins her new role at Send prison as their Chaplain.
Nexus
An evening meal and a guided tour of Godalming, led by Stephen Goddard, a knowledgeable local artist, is planned for Thursday 5th August. Contact Janet Harvey (423264) or Kate Kaye (415296) for further details. All are welcome! Meet at 7pm at the Pepperpot.
Summer services and creche details
From Sunday 25th July until 22nd August there will be one Combined Morning Service at 10.00am in Church.
Please note that the Crèche facility in the Centre will be open but unsupervised during the summer holidays so please stay with your children.
The Rocky’s Plaice Holiday Club Service on Sunday 29th August at 10am will take place in the marquee beside the Village Hall with Crèche in the hall.
Confirmation 2010
We will be preparing candidates for confirmation in the autumn. The Confirmation Service is on Wednesday 17th November at St Stephen’s, Shottermill.
~ Youth Confirmation: specialist youth confirmation classes for Year 9 and above will be run by our Youth Director, Ian Stonehouse, at a local venue. Initial expressions of interest please to the at the Church office.

Services
These are the details of our core services:* 8:00 am Holy Communion - is held every Sunday in Busbridge using Common Worship, except for the 2nd Sunday when we use the book of Common Prayer.
* 10:00 am Classic Service (in Church) - A reflective service following the Anglican liturgies of Common Worship.
* 10:00 am Contemporary Service - (in Busbridge Junior School Hall) - An informal service making creative use of modern media.
* 6:30 pm Evening Service - An informal worship service within the framework of Common Worship. Sermons provide challenging biblical teaching. Communion is celebrated on the 1st Sunday of each month.
