Congregation: 10.00am Classic

The Classic congregation meet in church at 10.00 each week for a service based generally around the Common Worship services. We aim for a good mixture of modern and traditional songs and hymns, with the emphasis on those which are easy to sing! We are accompanied by a mixture of instruments such as cello, oboe, trumpet and the occasional guitar and led by piano or organ as appropriate.

Our Pathfinders (age 12-13) usually join us for the first ten minutes or so before going to their special group activities.

Our monthly pattern of services is as follows:

1st Sunday All-Age Worship
2nd Sunday Holy Communion
3rd Sunday Morning Worship
4th Sunday Holy Communion
5th Sunday Morning Prayer (Book of Common Prayer)

At both communion services we offer the opportunity for people to receive prayer for healing or anything else which is important for them.

After the service there is the opportunity to meet informally for refreshments at the back of the church or outside if fine.

For those with very young children you are more than welcome to bring them into the service or make use of the crèche in the nearby Church Centre.
